The Philadelphia Free Library System is shutting down. This is a crazy story that requires a broader forum, and it's going to be the subject of our podcast this week. 

If you learn anything from the article On The Asking of Favors From Established Writers, it's that you probably shouldn't ask favors from established writers.

THE TORONTO BOOK PRIZE SHORTLIST ANNOUNCED. That's right. All caps. 

People apparently loved the Da Vinci Code before it got famous, but as soon as people started buying it by the truckload reviewers changed their tune: Da Vinci code reviews changed tune after it got famous. I'm really not surprised by that. 

What's that I hear? The espresso book machine can now print off anything from Google Books? That's the sort of incredible, groundbreaking news that nobody cares about that I really like to sink my teeth into. Google + Espresso Book Machine.

This is a pretty heavy topic. The last paragraph definitely has a lot of shocking reveals. What role did Matthew play? There's room for expanding should you choose to revisit this work again. Congrats on finishing this project.
